G+10 apartment building with three basements, designed as a mixed-use apartment development incorporating sports and leisure services alongside supermarkets.
To address the challenges posed by the swampy terrain, we employed a raft foundation to ensure optimal stability and load distribution while also incorporating seismic considerations for enhanced earthquake resilience. This project exemplifies a commitment to safety and innovation in engineering, aimed at enriching the community.
